Hosted by the International Association for Psychoanalytic Self Psychology (IAPSP)

The conference is dedicated to two individuals who have had a unique importance to Self Psychology. That is, it will honor the achievements of Bernard Brandchaft and memorialize the sad loss this year of Andrew Morrison, who contributed so extensively to IAPSP and to psychoanalysis in general. The conference will feature the soon-to-be published book titled Toward an Emancipatory Psychoanalysis: Brandchaft's Intersubjective Vision, and authored by Bernard Brandchaft, Shelley Doctors and Dorienne Sorter.
